Caremark Tunbridge Wells is seeking Health Care Assistants who can drive and provide care in clients' homes, helping people stay independent in their own communities. We offer Full-Time/Part-Time and Flexible hours with competitive pay up to £15.70 per hour (holiday pay included), paid travel time and mileage, paid MOT, and full training including the Care Certificate.

Referral rewards and career progression are also available.

• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
• Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting overall happiness and well-being.
• Develop strong relationships with the customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals, effectively fulfilling the role of a Health Care Assistant.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in customer’s needs.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the U.K. (NO CoS OFFERED)
• U.K. Driving Licence and Vehicle
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but NOT Essential for stepping into a Health Care Assistant role.
