Job summary

Alina Homecare Wiltshire Team is looking for caring Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Wiltshire. You will help with daily tasks such as breakfast, bathing and getting ready for bed, while offering companionship and practical support.

No prior experience is required; you will receive advanced training through the Alina Homecare Academy, and DBS checks and references will be completed as part of joining the team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or qualifications required.
• All roles require eligibility to work in the UK and DBS check.
• Advanced training from Alina Homecare Academy will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Companionship: provide a friendly face and keep clients company.
• Personal care: assist with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Medication: assist with collecting prescriptions and reminders.
• Mealtimes: help prepare healthy meals for clients.
• Housework: light laundry, cleaning and tidying.
• Tasks: shopping and running errands as needed.
• Mobility: assist with getting around as required.
