Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is hiring carers to support clients in Kimberworth, Rawmarsh, Swinton, Wath, Brinsworth, Treeton and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their own homes to provide personal care, meals, and companionship, using Cera Tech to reduce admin tasks and focus on care.

Applicants should have a driving licence and vehicle access, plus a passion for helping others. Flexible shifts with days, evenings and weekends available, and full training provided.

Qualifications

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between visits.
• Empathy and desire to support others in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including hygiene and mobility.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Prepare meals and monitor dietary needs.
• Visit multiple clients in their own homes across the listed areas.
• Maintain records and coordinate with the care team.

The Role: Supporting clients in Kimberworth, Rawmarsh, Swinton, Wath, Brinsworth, Treeton, Catcliffe & Waverly, Swallownest, Aston & Aughton , Thurcroft Todwick, Wales, Harthill & Woodsetts, Wickersley, Maltby, Bramley and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
