We're seeking compassionate, caring and experienced team members to join us and support clients within their own homes. What We're Looking For: We are seeking patient, understanding, and creative individuals who can:

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with our clients and invest time in understanding their needs and requirements
• Think outside the box to introduce new and engaging activities to enrich the clients day-to-day life
• Provide personal and medical care with a professional and compassionate approach

Qualifications

• Experience with tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (preferred but not essential) – training can be provided for the right candidate
• A creative and adaptable mindset
• A caring nature and a commitment to enhancing our client's quality of life

• £14.30 - £17.60 per hour
• Bank holiday rates of pay - £21.45 - £30.80 per hour
