The Rendlesham Care Centre is a 60-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home in Rendlesham, Suffolk, with a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.6 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support the residents in their everyday lives, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for personal and professional growth.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents at the Rendlesham Care Centre. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care teams to ensure the residents' wellbeing and promote their independence. The role offers part-time or full-time hours, with alternate weekend work.
