Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home care across the Southampton area. You’ll travel to clients’ homes, delivering personal, physical, and emotional support to help them stay independent and confident.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with a permanent contract and opportunities for career progression. The role offers shifts with morning/evening/weekend options, competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30), induction, ongoing

Care Assistant

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
