Job summary

CCH Group, the UKs largest care company, is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in Bulwell, NG6 and surrounding areas.

You’ll follow care plans, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and light household tasks. Training and DBS screening are provided. Flexible hours available, with a focus on meaningful, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Display initiative and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes.
• Follow individual care plans and assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, toileting).
• Help with practical tasks like shopping, meals, and light housework.
• Assist with medication administration as required.

What you’ll do

Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
