Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care—always with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
  • Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
  • Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone's day.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care and support.
  • Reliable and honest team player with strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate record‑keeping.
  • Previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed but not essential—value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
  • No experience necessary—paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
Working Hours

6.30 am–2.30 pm and 3 pm–11 pm, 4/3 shift pattern / Part‑Time Hours / Must be available every other weekend.
