Reporting to: Manager, Nurse, or senior staff on duty

Key Tasks

1. Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, and mealtimes, including manual handling duties as required.
2. Accessing and updating confidential records using a computer.
3. Maintaining a schedule for medication administration.
4. Ensuring the environment is safe and clean.
5. Providing an environment appropriate to the needs of residents.
6. Assisting residents with administrative tasks like paying bills and shopping for food.
7. Working hours vary depending on ward needs, typically including long days or night shifts.
