At Mearns View, care is personal. Set in the heart of Newton Mearns, our purpose-built 67-bed care home offers exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care in a beautifully designed, luxury environment. Since opening, we’ve built a team that feels more like a family and now, as we prepare to open our final unit, we’re looking for kind-hearted Care Assistants to help us welcome new residents with the same warmth, dignity and compassion that’s earned us a 9.9 rating on carehome.co.uk.

  • Full-time roles (33–44 hours) on day or night shifts.

A day in the Life

As a Care Assistant, this isn’t just a job. It’s a role where you’ll become a trusted presence in someone’s life helping them get ready in the morning, sharing a chat over lunch, or simply being there with a smile when they need it most. You’ll help residents maintain their independence, deliver personal care with empathy, and be part of a strong, supportive team who genuinely care for one another. We don’t use agency staff here, so you’ll enjoy the consistency and camaraderie that comes from working with familiar faces who always have your back.
