Job summary

Alina Homecare Christchurch is looking for a Care Assistant to deliver compassionate, client‑centred support in clientshomes around New Milton and surrounding areas. Youwill provide companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping and mobility support to help maintain independence and dignity.

Full training is provided via the Alina Homecare Academy. Flexible hours (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend), local work with paid mileage, and a £500 joining bonus make

Qualifications

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude are important.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – be a friendly face and prevent loneliness.
• Personal care – all aspects of personal hygiene.
• Medication – collect prescriptions and provide reminders.
• Mealtimes – prepare tasty meals.
• Housekeeping – maintain the home to their liking.
• Mobility – assist with getting around.
