Job summary

Cera in Motherwell is seeking caring Care Assistants to support clients at home across Motherwell and surrounding areas. Part-time and full-time roles available with flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights.

You'll help with personal care, meals and light housekeeping, while providing companionship to improve quality of life. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and PVG check participation is expected.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• No care experience required.
• PVG check and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work across shifts including mornings, evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Help with cooking and domestic tasks.
• Support with medication management.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
