Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join the Kent Team. You will support clients in their own homes, providing companionship, personal care, and help with daily tasks. No previous experience is required, as you will receive advanced training from the Alina Homecare Academy.

The ideal candidate should possess a caring attitude and strong communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with daily tasks.
• Provide companionship and keep clients company.
• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Help with medication reminders and collecting prescriptions.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with housework.
• Run errands and help with mobility.

Responsibilities

You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks:

• Companionship – being a friendly face and keeping clients company
• Personal Care – washing and dressing
• Medication – collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
• Mealtimes – preparing healthy meals
• Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying
• Tasks – shopping and running errands
• Mobility – help with getting around
