Job summary

Bluebird Care Maidstone is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Maidstone. You will work independently or as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality personal care and practical support with dignity and compassion.

We offer full induction, ongoing expert training, flexible shifts, and a friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but training is provided.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity.
• Excellent communication and the ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
