Job summary

Cera is recruiting a Care Assistant in Luton to support clients at home across nearby areas. You will help people live independently with full training provided; no prior experience is required.

Shifts include 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, with mornings, evenings and every other weekend. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to join the team, in a supportive and rewarding role.

For this role, you\'ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle. We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to support work–life balance.
