Home Instead North Hertfordshire is looking for a Care Professional to provide unrushed, person-centred care to older adults in your local community in Luton. You don’t need previous experience—kindness, reliability and empathy are the most important qualities, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Must be a driver. Flexible shifts and consistent client allocations, with paid mileage and holidays, make this role ideal for balancing work and life.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle or driving responsibilities.
• No prior care experience required; kindness and reliability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide unrushed, person-centred care to older adults in their home.
• Build consistent relationships with clients through regular visits, minimum 1 hour each.
• Deliver support with compassion, empathy and dignity, following training.
