Qualifications

• Must be resident within Leeds in West Yorkshire or its environ.
• Driver with own vehicle eligible for £15 driving allowance.
• Previous experience in home care or similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
• A genuine passion for providing quality care and support to individuals in need.
