Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group in Leeds is seeking a Care Assistant to bring compassion, energy and fun to our residents. You will provide dignified personal care, assist during mealtimes and offer sensitive support with various aspects of people’s lives, while being a reliable listener.

Our residents are unique, each with distinct needs and stories. You’ll build strong relationships based on understanding, trust and genuine care, with a supportive learning environment and wide range of benefits.

Qualifications

  • No prior care experience required, training provided.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dignified personal care to residents.
  • Assist during mealtimes and daily activities.
  • Offer compassionate support across residents' life needs and be a good listener.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
