A leading healthcare provider in Hull is seeking a compassionate healthcare assistant to support nursing staff in delivering high standards of person-centred care to patients. The role involves working across various clinical areas, ensuring that holistic needs are met. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and experience in a palliative care setting. Salary: 0-2 years experience £24,554. 2+ years experience £24,866

The role is based at the hospice down Chamberlain Road.
To work across the clinical areas of Inpatient Unit and any other clinical areas as necessary.
Support and assist qualified nursing staff in delivering high standards of person-centred care to patients and those important to them.
Observe and report the patients general condition to the qualified nursing staff.
Have a basic understanding of the holistic needs of the patients and those important to them, and communicate with them as appropriate, referring to a qualified nurse when necessary.
