A care provider in Wales seeks a Complex Care Assistant to support individuals with complex needs. Full training is offered, making prior experience in complex care advantageous but not essential. Applicants must have access to a vehicle. Benefits include maternity/paternity leave, a pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next. One thing you can be sure of, however, is that you'll be making your clients' days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
Experience in complex care is desirable, but is not essential as we provide full nurse‑led training. However it is extremely advantageous if you have experience in the above areas.
Shifts Available: 24‑hour package with sleeping nights – 8 am to 8 am.
Access to a vehicle required due to the geographical location of the role.
