Role Overview

We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Greenford. The successful candidate will provide personal care, companionship, and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
  • Help with mobility and transfers
  • Support with meal preparation and feeding
  • Administer medications as directed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory
