Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is seeking a motivated Care Assistant to join our Maldon Team. In this role, you will support clients in their own homes with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided through the Alina Homecare Academy. The position requires a caring attitude and strong communication skills, and candidates should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and keep clients company.
• Assist with personal care tasks like washing and dressing.
• Help manage medication and reminders.

• Carry out housework including laundry and cleaning.
• Help with shopping and running errands.
• Assist clients with mobility.
