  • Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Supporting hobbies, activities, and community outings
  • Communicating with the office team to ensure high-quality care

If you're someone who wants to make a genuine difference and be part of a supportive team that values what you do, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Need

You don't need previous experience - you'll receive full training and support - but you do need a caring heart and a can-do attitude.

Essential
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Good communication skills and written English
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check

Your warmth, patience, and compassion will make someone's day brighter.

  • £13.00/hr weekdays | £13.50/hr weekends
  • £26/hr on bank holidays
  • Paid travel time and mileage (30p per mile, or 45p when accompanying clients)
  • Early Pay App - access earnings before payday
  • Flexible hours to suit you - full-time or part-time available
  • £150 refer-a-friend bonus
  • Paid induction, shadowing, and mentoring
  • Opportunities to gain NVQ qualifications
