A leading care home provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join their luxury care home team. The ideal candidate must possess strong observational skills and attention to detail, as they will provide high-quality, individualised care for residents. From £12.66 per hour to £14.98 per hour. 24–36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at our luxury care home, Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset.
Compassion is in your nature. You’re willing to be hands‑on with residents and help them whenever needed. You’re organised, hard‑working, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
You don’t need to have experience – your personal qualities and values are more important to us. You’ll be supported with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one.

As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality, individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents at the heart of everything we do.
You will work under the guidance of our Nursing team, available 24 hours a day, and will have the opportunity to gain qualifications with our exceptional Learning and Development team.
