Overview

Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, committed to creating meaningful experiences for residents and team members. They are now seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant to join their award-winning team at their Elstree location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection and escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
• Shift Details - 07:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 21:30.
