ABOUT THE ROLE

Experience is not required, as Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other team members, be an efficient worker who can carry out reasonable instructions, and be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
