Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is hiring a Care Assistant in Crowborough to support clients in their homes by helping with daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, and mobility assistance.

We seek caring individuals with strong communication skills. No prior experience is necessary as advanced training will be provided at our Alina Homecare Academy. A driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and keep clients company.
• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Help with medication reminders and prescription collection.
• Prepare healthy meals for clients.
• Perform housework such as laundry and tidying.
• Shopping and running errands for clients.
• Assist clients with mobility and getting around.
