Location : Crawley West Sussex

Salary : 13.20 per hour (weekday shifts) enhancements for weekends / nights

About the Role

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker you wont be rushing between multiple clients or doing short visits. Instead youll build real connections with one or two young adults helping them achieve personal goals like moving into their own home landing their first job making friends and enjoying life.

Key responsibilities :

• Provide person‑centred care and support
• Empower clients to build independence and confidence
• Support with daily activities hobbies socialising and appointments
• Work as part of a friendly passionate team
• Full training provided no specialist experience required!

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
