Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in a compassionate, person-centered way. The role includes providing dignified personal care, helping with mealtimes and offering sensitive support across daily life activities.

You’ll be a patient listener who builds trust and meaningful relationships with residents. As part of a learning-focused environment, there are strong development opportunities and a Living Wage commitment.

• Experience not required for care roles as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified personal care.
• Assist during mealtimes.
• Support residents with various aspects of daily life with sensitivity.

This will include weekends and bank holidays. Shift times are 7:15 - 14:45 & 14:15 - 21:45

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
