Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking Care Assistants to deliver award-winning home care in Saint Ives and surrounding areas. You will support clients to maintain independence, dignity, and self-worth in their own homes. Training is provided, and no previous experience is required to start.

Join a caring team with flexible hours, competitive pay (£14.40–£16.00/hour) and a £250 joining bonus. Local mileage is paid, and enhanced rates apply for weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Deliver care in clients' homes to support independence and dignity.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Administer reminders for medications and prescriptions.
• Help with mealtimes and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and home safety checks.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
