Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited is recruiting for a Complex Care support worker to assist a client in Chester. You will deliver person-centred care, manage nutrition and medication administration, including units like a transjejunal tube, tracheostomy and ventilator care, and provide meaningful companionship.

Full nurse-led training is provided, with flexible shifts and local mileage reimbursement.

You’ll be supporting a client based in Chester, providing comprehensive care that includes nutrition and medication administration via a transjejunal tube, tracheostomy and ventilator care, as well as offering meaningful companionship. Although non-verbal, our client enjoys sensory activities and painting, and your presence can help bring joy and connection to their day.
