Job summary

A home care provider in Cheshunt is looking for compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their homes. Full-time & Part-time | Morning & Evening shifts available (7am–3pm / 4pm–10pm)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent, safe and connected. Your role will include:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Medication support and safe mobility assistance
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Meal preparation, shopping and light household tasks
• Dementia and complex needs support
• Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities

No rushed 15-minute visits – we focus on quality care and real relationships.
