Pay Rate: £12.64 per hour

Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for flexible work? Join our team and make a real difference in the lives of elderly residents. We offer long days, night shifts, and split shifts to suit your availability.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in nursing and residential homes. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and supporting individuals with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical health challenges. Duties may involve personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), communication support, and encouraging participation in activities.

Working on agency gives you the chance to work with diverse clients, including those in learning disability services, hostels, homelessness support, and more.

Requirements:

  • 6 months UK care experience in the last year OR 1 year in the last 5 years
