Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is looking for a Care Assistant to join the Edgbaston team. In this role, you will support clients in their homes, helping with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

No previous experience is necessary as you'll receive comprehensive training from our Alina Homecare Academy. Candidates must have a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a driving license. This is a chance to make a positive difference in your community.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with daily tasks.
• Assist with personal care such as washing & dressing.
• Help clients with medication reminders and collecting prescriptions.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist during mealtimes.
• Conduct housework including laundry and cleaning.
• Help with mobility and running errands.

You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks such as making breakfast, bathing, and getting ready for bed.
