Job summary

Brompton House Care Home in Broadway, Worcestershire, is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition, helping maintain dignity and wellbeing.

You will follow care plans, work within a supportive team, and have access to full training, DBS checks, uniform, and development opportunities within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

About Brompton House Care Home

Brompton House Care Home is a 37 bed care home located in Broadway, Worcestershire. Providing residential and nursing care, the home offers a warm and welcoming environment where colleagues work together to deliver high quality, person centred care and make a real difference to the lives of Residents every day.

Care Assistant Contract

• £14.80 to £15.30 per hour


• Bank


• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided


• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
