Altogether Care in Bridgwater is seeking a Care and Support Worker to help clients live independently at home across the community. You'll travel throughout the area delivering personal, physical and emotional support with compassion and reliability.
We offer full or part-time hours with weekend work on a rota, competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), a welcome bonus, funded induction and ongoing training, mileage allowance and wellbeing benefits. Driving is essential for this role.

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern
Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.
Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
Competitive pay: £13.80 - £14.30 per hour
