Main duties of the job

As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to the residents of Bradbury House. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care teams to ensure the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role requires a flexible schedule, including both night and day shifts, with alternate weekends.
