Job summary

Alina Homecare in Braintree is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily tasks such as breakfast, bathing and getting ready for bed. You will bring a caring and friendly attitude and make a positive difference in your local community.

You' ll perform companionship, personal care, meal prep, housework, errands, and mobility support, with training provided by the Alina Homecare Academy.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications are required.
• Training provided by Alina Homecare Academy.
• All roles require eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – being a friendly face and providing company.
• Personal care – washing, dressing and daily grooming.
• Medication reminders and collecting prescriptions.
• Mealtimes – preparing healthy meals.
• Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying.
• Shopping and running errands.
• Mobility support and getting around the home.
