Alina Homecare Bath is seeking a caring Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care in clients' homes, helping them live independently with dignity. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided by the Alina Homecare Academy.

You'll join a team that values compassion, reliability and flexible hours, with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles and a supportive, wellbeing-focused work environment. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are helpful.

You’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver our high standards of quality care so previous experience or qualifications aren’t required.
