Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised care during home visits (minimum 1 hour per call)
  • Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks
  • Support mobility, transport clients to appointments, and run errands
Qualifications and Requirements

No prior care experience is necessary. If you possess the right kindness, empathy, and values (Trust, Compassion, Respect, and Knowledge), we will provide full, comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills.

  • Must be a driver with your own car; essential as clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work at least one of the following shifts: 07:00‑15:00, 16:00‑22:00, or 18:00‑22:00.
  • Right to work: Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
