CCH Group is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support local Barrhead residents with daily living, companionship and personal care. You will join Constance Care, part of the CCH Group, delivering care that improves well-being in the community.

Pay rate is £12.60 per hour plus mileage with flexible hours and local rotas. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not offered. No driving is necessary, with cycle-to-work options available to staff.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience and a positive attitude at all times.
• Willingness to engage in vocational training and self-development.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients to prevent loneliness.
• Assistance with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support with medication reminders and prescription collection.
• Plan and assist with mealtimes and dietary needs.
• Assist with housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Support mobility and safe movement around the home.

• Mobility–help with getting around

Qualifications
