A local care company in Altrincham is seeking Care Assistants to provide high-quality social care for clients in their homes. The role involves personal care, meal preparation, and emotional support, with flexible shifts available during evenings. Passion for caring and a valid driver's license are essential. Home Instead (Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe), are a local care company within adult social care. We provide the highest quality care to people living in their own home who wish to stay at home and live as independently as possible.
We are hiring Care Assistants for social care work, for mornings 8am to 2.15 or evenings, 4pm to 10pm.
We are looking for care assistants that share our values of trust, respect and delivering person-centred care. You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and show patience and resilience, dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others.
As we care for Clients across Sale and Altrincham as well as Wythenshawe you will need access to a car.
All our new Care Professionals undergo a paid induction which consists of elearning and practical training so you understand the values of Home Instead and feel confident to carry out the role as a professional caregiver. We offer ongoing support to our Care Professionals and you will be recognised for the work you do and the difference you make to our clients' lives and to their families who have been struggling.
We offer a range of working patterns; we are currently looking for evening Care Professionals to cover tea times and bed times, so this can be from 4pm or 5pm until 10pm.
We do require alternate weekends in order to keep the continuity with your clients.
