We are recruiting a Level 2 Care and Support Worker 30hr at Min y Môr Residential Care Home, Aberaeron. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. As long as you have kindness, patience, respect, and resilience – we can teach the rest!

About the role

This varied and rewarding role involves:

• Providing total care to clients according to care plans
• Offering emotional support and reassurance, especially during changes or family crises
• Administering prescribed medication, including controlled drugs, following policies
• Escorting clients on outings, e.g., leisure trips
• Completing daily records
• Handling cleaning, laundry, and dining room duties
