Avante Care & Support in Chatham is seeking Care & Support Assistants to join Amherst Court for 33 hours per week, covering day and night shifts, including alternate weekends. No prior experience is required; training and ongoing professional development are provided to help you grow in a compassionate, resident-centered role.

You will deliver personal care, promote well-being and independence, and foster a positive, engaging environment for residents while working as part of a supportive
