Care and Compliance Manager – Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance | West Yorkshire Region

Our client, an established and person-centred care provider, is looking for a Care and Compliance Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a regional role supporting multiple care homes across the West Yorkshire region, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance.

This position is focused on maintaining compliance, driving quality outcomes, and supporting home managers to succeed. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure the service consistently delivers safe, effective, and person-led care.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC registration.
  • Experience as a Registered Home Manager or similar care and compliance role.
  • Previous experience within care quality and compliance
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care delivery.
  • Strong auditing and quality assurance experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, supportive approach with a genuine passion for delivering excellent care.
