Perm Cardiology Nursing team leader urgently required for Private Hospitals in the Bournemouth area

Dream Medical is working with a respected Private Hospital in Bournemouth and urgently requires a full-time Cardiology Nursing Team Leader ASAP.

As the Cardiology Nursing Team Leader, you will manage the nursing service for Cardiology from Pre-Assessment through to discharge, delivering high-quality clinical care. You will review, develop, update, implement policies, procedures, and protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and supervise a team of qualified staff, monitor their performance, and facilitate the achievement of departmental objectives. You should be competent in staff selection, induction, performance review, attendance, and performance management. You must be a registered practitioner with the appropriate governing body, with experience in a senior role within a critical care team and cardiac nursing.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, offering a salary of £33-37K depending on experience and contract, plus benefits.
