We are currently seeking a forward thinking, dynamic, motivated individual to work within Barts Health Trust based predominantly in the Cardiac Department at Community Diagnostic Center at Mile End Hospital . The successful candidate will contribute to service provision with basic non-invasive cardiac investigations. There will be cross-site cover at other hospitals in the trust as per service need.
Applicants would ideally be competent in basic non-invasive cardiac procedures including ECGs, ambulatory ECG and ambulatory BP monitor fitting, among others however an applicant with a keen desire and ability to learn these skills could also fill the post. We have a supportive environment for training and development. You will be expected to demonstrate maturity and experience consistent with this grade and position, however, further training will be provided if necessary.
To perform non-invasive cardiac diagnostic examinations. To provide support to senior staff members across the Trust and help deliver a smooth-running service.
The post holder will be required to perform foundation level tasks unsupervised and to assist senior staff as required. In addition the post holder may be required to supervise more junior students and to give support to senior staff members
