Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Cardiff is seeking Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts with permanent role opportunities. The role includes order picking, voice-picking with training provided, and use of mechanically operated equipment in a busy warehouse.

You will work a fixed 12-week rota on AM/PM/Night shifts (6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00) with 5 days from 7, plus overtime. Salary is £19.80 AM, £22.80 PM, £25.80 Night, with overtime rates (£27.25/£28.50/£33.75).

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Ability to give attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience or picker/packer is an advantage but not essential.

• Operate voice-picking system with training provided.
• Use mechanically operated equipment.
