TSR Legal is recruiting a Housing & Litigation Solicitor to join its new Cardiff office. You will manage your own caseload across housing and property disputes, working closely with a Partner and the wider team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE in housing and litigation.
• Experience handling housing and property disputes is essential.
• Strong communication and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload in housing and property disputes.
• Collaborate with Partner and wider team on varied matters.
• Handle housing/leasehold management, possession, disrepair, service charge disputes.
