We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic nurse with proven specialist knowledge and experience to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the clinical outcomes and quality of life for individuals recovering from Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). The role involves acting as a clinical expert, providing guidance and support to both primary and secondary care teams, while working collaboratively with other community healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient‑centred care. We’re looking for someone with a strong background and in‑depth knowledge of CAD, who can apply their expertise to all aspects of coronary heart disease management, including clinical assessment, service development and audit. Playing a key role in sharpening and enhancing the quality of care we provide.
